I have been in the service industries my entire life, being raised by my Grandmother…Who was a high end waitress to eventually become a successful real estate agent, insurance broker & in her later years owning and operating a successful Funeral home in Kansas City.  Because of this I learned the value of good service and taking care of my fellow man! Specifically I have been in the HVAC industry since 2002, founding my company in 2003 based on ethics.  Companies charging all the big money without giving the best value in my opinion gave me a bad taste and I wanted to do things based on my definition of value and ethics. So I set out to earn my necessary licensing & certifications including my supervisory license & the top industry standard “North American Technical Excellence” Certification along with several other.  We have been doing business ever since!

Office Manager

Amy Singmaster has been working as an Office Manager for several years and has been specifically in the Heating and Air Conditioning business for 5 years. She speaks the HVAC language & can answer just about any question that comes up, but if she can’t she will be sure to get the answer for you! Amy is a positive minded, upbeat personality and a valued team member. She treats our customers with respect & works hard to put a bright spot in their day with her courteous nature. When she is not taking care of business at Matlock Heating & Cooling she enjoys spending time with her family and animals. She enjoys riding ATV’s and scrapbooking in her spare time.
